We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Spanish Teacher to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to take on significant leadership responsibilities as either a permanent Second in Department or as a maternity cover for Head of Year, providing a chance to further develop your leadership skills and make a substantial impact on our school.
As Second in Department, you will assist the Head of Department in leading the Spanish curriculum, supporting the professional development of colleagues, and contributing to the strategic direction of the department. This role will allow you to influence the quality of Spanish education across the school and mentor other teachers.
Alternatively, as Head of Year, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the academic and personal development of a specific year group, ensuring that students receive the support and guidance they need to succeed. You will work closely with other staff members to implement strategies that promote student wellbeing and academic achievement.
