The Social Creative Director will report directly to the Head of Creative and lead the strategic and creative vision for our brands with a social first approach as well as integrating other channels.
You will be responsible for crafting impactful, culturally relevant, and shareable content that elevates our brands and engages diverse audiences worldwide.

The role:
* Lead by example: Inspire and guide creative teams to develop breakthrough concepts and campaigns that use social channels, influencers and creators in ways that drive engagement and amplify brand voice.
* Activate social communities strategy: Establish and execute community first social ideas that put the people at the heart of our brands.
* Master social storytelling and brand effectiveness: Develop and oversee platform-specific content for social channels and emerging platforms, ensuring consistency and innovation.
* Leverage data-driven insights: Utilize analytics and performance data to refine social strategies, optimize content, and inform creative decisions.
* Orchestrate end-to-end projects: Lead the ideation, creation, and execution of social media campaigns, collaborating closely with brand, production, and strategy teams.
Who we’re looking for:
* 8+ years in social media marketing, preferably within creative agencies or in-house teams.
* 2+ years as a Social Media Creative Director or similar role, with proven success in leading social campaigns for global brands.
* Social-first mindset: Proven track record of creating viral and impactful social media campaigns with a deep understanding of each platform's unique strengths and trends.
* Leadership: Experience managing and inspiring social media creatives, content creators, and multidisciplinary teams and expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and paid social tactics.
* Analytical thinker: Ability to interpret social analytics and KPIs to make informed decisions and measure campaign success.
* Trend-obsessed: Passion for staying ahead of industry trends, new platforms, and emerging technologies.
* Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality, engaging, and award-winning social content.
* An understanding of how to utilize social media analytics tools
(e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
* Resilience, adaptability, and a start-up mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude.
* Ability to balance creativity with performance-driven strategies.
