Role: Area Manager
Location: Carmarthenshire, with an office base in Carmarthen
Hours: 30 per week

An exciting opportunity to join our Team! We are seeking an Area Manager to lead and manage our services across Carmarthenshire. The role involves ensuring that our services comply with CIW standards, providing support to our colleagues, and ensuring that our services deliver the best possible outcomes for the people we support.
What we expect from you:
- At least 2 years experience of working with people with learning disabilities and/or with people with other support needs in a paid or voluntary capacity.
- A full valid driving licence and a car, which you are able to use for work purposes as driving is essential.
- NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care.
- The ability to achieve results through managing staff performance and monitoring and evaluating service provision.
- Good communication and networking skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels.
- The ability to provide direction for staff and managers through supervision and team meetings and delegation of work.
- Computer literate and have a thorough knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
