About the Role:
As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients, ensuring smooth IT operations, and helping to drive their continued success.
What You'll Do:
1. Handle queries via phone, email, and callbacks.
2. Provide remote support using RMM systems and address alerts proactively.
3. Visit client sites across the South-East and London for hands-on support.
4. Log and manage tickets in AutoTask, keeping clients informed.
5. Monitor and maintain backup systems and assist with configurations.
6. Identify and share sales opportunities with the Account Management team.
7. Propose and implement service improvements to elevate client satisfaction.
8. Prioritise tasks effectively, maintaining accurate documentation.
9. Deliver projects, installations, and escalations while developing your skills.
