An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a forward-thinking public health team in County Durham.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to join our Public Health team to support us to deliver this sensitive, challenging and rewarding role as our Child Death Overview Panel Coordinator.
The post is 22 hours temporary for 18 months.

The post will be hosted within Durham County Council on behalf of the relevant partners across Durham and Darlington (ICB and Local Authorities).
You will be required to co-ordinate the work of the Durham and Darlington Child Death Overview Panel, working closely with the Chair, the Designated Doctor for Child Deaths, and the administrators in the various trusts and hospitals to manage and develop the work of Durham and Darlington Child Death Overview Panel, acting as adviser to the Panel members and coordinating the panel meeting processes, ensuring work is carried out effectively and consistently across the two authority areas.
You will be responsible for overseeing the effective implementation of the eCDOP software, to include training and development of new users and ongoing quality assurance and consistency.
