Role:
As the Lettings Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the lettings side of our business. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team, develop business strategies, and drive performance to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of the lettings branch.
2. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of lettings agents.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
4. Maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
6. Drive business development and marketing initiatives.
7. Monitor and report on branch performance.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a lettings management role or senior negotiator role ready for the next step.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. In-depth knowledge of the property market and relevant legislation.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
6. Highly organized with good attention to detail.
7. Full UK driving license.
