Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Information Governance Officer to join our team on a fixed-term contract ending 31st March 2026. Working closely with the IG Manager and Lead, you’ll support data protection compliance across the organisation. You’ll coordinate and respond to access to information requests, deliver engaging training, support policy improvements, and play a key role in enhancing our approach to privacy, risk, and records management. We’re looking for someone with: A solid understanding of UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and related legislation Experience managing subject access requests, FOIs, and data protection processes Confidence in communicating across teams and delivering training Great organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to best practice If you're ready to make an impact and help drive our information governance forward, we want to hear from you Why join us?
