Job Profile: Social Media & Data Reporting Coordinator (Part-time)
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven individual to join our team on a part-time basis as a Social Media & Data Reporting Coordinator. This role involves collating statistics from our staff members to track performance and bonuses, as well as overseeing our social media presence and content creation. The ideal candidate will have the ability to balance these two functions and be proactive in both data management and online engagement. This role has the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collating Financial and Performance Data:
Gather relevant turnover statistics and performance metrics from staff members.
Prepare and maintain accurate reports detailing the turnover administered by each team member for the calculation of quarterly bonuses.
Ensure all data is up-to-date and easily accessible for management.
Collaborate with staff to ensure all necessary information is received on time.
2. Social Media Management:
Champion the company’s social media presence across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create and schedule engaging content that reflects the company’s mission, services, and achievements.
Monitor social media channels for engagement and customer interaction.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to ensure a positive online presence.
3. YouTube Channel Management:
Set up, maintain, and manage a company YouTube channel.
Create and upload videos showcasing the company’s projects, achievements, and other relevant content.
Regularly update the channel with new content to keep the audience engaged.
Compile quarterly financial reports to track team members’ progress and assess the bonuses they will receive based on the turnover administered.
Present data in a clear and professional format for easy analysis by management.
4. Lead Generation & Incentives:
Monitor social media leads for opportunities to attract business.
Track any leads generated through social media posts and report their progress.
If a unique code is mentioned in any lead, ensure that the corresponding incentives are tracked and rewarded.
5. Communication & Tools:
Utilize WhatsApp for team communication, coordination, and data collection.
Use common sense to address any challenges and stay organized.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Proven experience in social media management and content creation, including familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Strong understanding of financial reporting, data collection, and turnover tracking.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Familiarity with using WhatsApp for communication.
* Common sense, self-motivation, and attention to detail are a must.
Additional Considerations:
* This is a part-time role initially, with 2 hours of work per day (Monday to Friday).
* Compensation: A fixed fee of $200 USD per month (equating to $4.62 per hour).
* Incentive: A fraction of any revenue generated from social media leads with a unique code mentioned in the post.
