Role Responsibilities:
* Preparing varied, nutritious, and tasty meals, considering individual dietary requirements
* Providing special diets as necessary
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
* Preparing and serving meals efficiently
* Guiding and coaching kitchen team members
* Managing stock control, replenishment, and ordering
* Ensuring Food Hygiene and Safety standards are met, with proper documentation
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience as a Cook, with the ability to accommodate various dietary needs
* Relevant Food Hygiene Certificates
* Knowledge of food safety regulations
