We’re on the lookout for a Purchasing Assistant to join our friendly and forward-thinking team This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in our supply chain process, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to keep everything on track and up to date. What you’ll be doing: Processing and placing purchase orders with care and accuracy Keeping an eye on delivery and shipping updates to make sure everything arrives on time Checking that all shipping documents are correct and complete before anything goes out Updating order statuses on both our internal system and supplier platforms Keeping detailed records of purchases, pricing, dates, and other key information Supporting the wider purchasing team with general admin tasks Communicating regularly with suppliers to maintain great working relationships What you’ll bring: Solid Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel A methodical, detail-focused approach to your work Strong time management and organisation skills A team player attitude with great communication skills - whether that’s face-to-face, by phone or email Experience in an admin or supply chain role would be a big plus We’re a collaborative and innovative company that values fresh ideas and people who love to learn and grow.
