Outbound Warehouse Supervisor - £35,000, Permanent
Working Hours:
1. Tuesday to Friday: 2pm to 10pm
2. Saturday: 8am to 4pm
Salary: £35,000 per annum

This is an excellent opportunity for the Outbound Warehouse Supervisor who wants to join an expanding company and make their mark in an employee-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor the warehouse team, handling all 1-2-1s, return-to-work interviews, and rotas.
2. Ensure all outbound deliveries are accurately picked and loaded in a timely manner.
3. Communicate with hauliers and complete necessary paperwork.
4. Service production and manage general stock.
5. Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient deliveries.
6. Record finished goods and stock movements accurately, ensuring FIFO processes are followed.
7. Collaborate with the Inbound Supervisor and Supply Chain Manager on continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Maintain team compliance with all Quality and Health and Safety legislative requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience as a warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor, preferably in the food/chilled industry (not essential).
2. Strong planning, organizational, time, and people management skills.
3. Positive attitude and commitment to getting the job done.
4. Health and Safety awareness.
5. IT literate, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
