Job Description
International Payroll Manager
7. Total ownership of multiple international payrolls (predominately European)
8. Provide guidance and payroll related advice to team
9. Insights to stakeholders on policies, procedures etc.
10. End-to-end payroll processing
11. Risk minimisation and document issues for later resolution
12. Be the POC for payroll escalation - accountable for compliance, vendor selection, implementation, streamlining and more

15. Ability to manage 3rd party providers - numerous locations
16. Exposure and understanding of multiple payroll/HR platforms
17. Multiple frequency exposure (monthly, bi-monthly, weekly etc.)
18. Personal management - high productivity
19. Information gathering of procedures, bottlenecks etc. to identify streamlining opportunities
20. Able to commute to Slough - Hybrid
