This is a non-teaching, role focused on supporting pupils with SEN requirements in the classroom. This will involve building strong supportive relationships with the pupil, working closely with the class teacher, assisting in planning and adapting learning activities.
We are a small, friendly village school dedicated to improving outcomes for all children and providing first-class pastoral and educational support for all, including those that find traditional teaching environments more challenging. As part of this role, you will;
• Support children in their personal development and progress through school by providing encouragement, rewards, advice and guidance, induction.
• Help develop positive learning behaviours, working collaboratively with the class teacher.
