Our client is a successful company with a multi million pound turnover and a range of trading subsidiaries. They are now seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to join them.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain professional to work for a well established business who continue to go from strength to strength.
The role:
1. Manage procurement operations and performances.
2. Assess company procurement processes to make improvements and savings.
3. Strategic procurement of products throughout the group.
4. Form and implement procurement programmes.
5. Allocate procurement workload across departments.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
7. Manage various procurement budgets.
Criteria:
8. Previous experience in procurement and supply chain at strategic level
9. Ability to work with multiple teams eg finance, commercial, operations and projects.
10. An analytical and budget driven individual.
11. Strong communication skills.
12. Ability to liaise across various professional levels.
Salary on offer is in the region of £45-50k depending upon experience.
