This role is essential in delivering frontline customer service to tenants in furnished accommodation, managing tenancy agreements, and performing various administrative duties. Day-to-day of the role: Tenancy and Contract Management: Assist in gathering information for procurement. Arrange recharges for damages and losses. Manage council assets in furnished properties. Report safeguarding issues. Customer Service and Communications: Provide excellent customer service. Adapt communication methods to meet tenant needs. Ensure efficient service delivery. Service Delivery: Identify areas for improvement. Manage workload to minimize customer inconvenience. Assist in the quitting and letting of furnished tenancies. Maintain effective working relationships. Business Processes and Information Management: Use information and communication systems effectively. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records. Manage stock control and financial information. Financial Management: Handle supply requests and liaise with external suppliers. Other Duties: Perform additional related duties as required. Work flexibly, including some out-of-hours work. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in office and administrative tasks. Competent in IT systems, including stock control and finance. Ability to maintain accurate records, participate in meetings, take minutes, and prepare property information for letting. Ability to handle initial customer enquiries, work flexibly, and meet deadlines.
