We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to lead the development of our training and competency strategy onsite.
This is an autonomous role where you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive training plan that aligns with our business objectives.
You will have the freedom to put your own stamp on this department and take ownership of its success.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive training and competency strategy
* Liaise with stakeholders to understand training needs and requirements
* Create and deliver training programs that meet business objectives
