Digital Content Specialist – £45K – Start-Up - Remote with travel to Midlands occasionally
Location: Remote with occasional travel to Midlands
About the Company: We are working with a well-funded start-up who are going through a period of significant growth. With the company’s focus being to maintain their upward curve of growth they are looking to expand their Marketing team to assist this mission.
Role Overview: Joining their dynamic Marketing Team, you will be tasked with creating and maintaining engaging marketing and customer content. You'll work closely with multiple stakeholders and the wider marketing team, shaping their narrative with creative flair.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage customer communications (emails, SMS).
* Collaborate with creative agencies and CRM partners.
* Ensure content accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
* Track KPIs and improve self-serve tools.
* Support content creation across the business.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in customer content creation.
* Customer-focused mindset.
* Agile, digitally led environment experience.
* Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
