Job Advert: Credit Controller
Location: Skelmersdale
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: £25,000 per annum (plus monthly bonuses up to £400)
We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client in Skelmersdale, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and dynamic credit control team. Operating from modern premises, this role is perfect for someone with experience in phone-based credit control or collections, looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to grow.
Role Overview: As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing a set portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely payment from clients. You’ll engage professionally with businesses of all sizes, fostering positive relationships while resolving payment issues and minimizing overdue debt.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and chase overdue payments via phone and email.
* Maintain and update customer account records.
* Build relationships with clients to ensure efficient payment processes.
* Resolve payment queries and disputes.
* Achieve individual and team targets, with the potential to earn bonuses each month (£300-£400).
