We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Hypercare Lead to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the post-implementation support and optimisation of our Oracle Fusion ERP system, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Oracle Fusion ERP hypercare team, providing guidance and support during the critical post-go-live period.
* Develop and implement strategies to address system issues, optimise performance, and enhance user experience.
* Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.
* Coordinate with Oracle support teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement patches or updates.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements to support the BAU handover and transition.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP systems.
* Proven experience in ERP implementation and post-go-live support.
* In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, business process optimisation, and change management.
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes.
