Job Title: Onboarding Coordinator - Inhouse Resource Team Location: Fully remote working - full time Salary: £23,000 per annum Benefits Amazing opportunity for an efficient administrator to join our onboarding team Join our in-house resourcing team - wider HR team. We have a new vacancy for a well organised and efficient Onboarding Co-ordinator to be part of this busy team in a varied and confidential role, where you will use your strong administration and communication skills to ensure the onboarding process runs smoothly and a first-class candidate experience is given to our new employees. Covering a wide variety of tasks from DBS checks to reference requests and completing the full onboarding cycle. Making sure all onboarding tasks are complete and each candidate is fully compliant ready for training/induction. Onboarding is a busy, challenging, and dynamic role, responsible for meeting the companies ever changing staffing requirements across all UK locations. Key duties include: • Onboarding – administering all pre-employment documentation including DBS, referencing in a timely manner. • Issue Offer letters and Contracts of employment • Ensure that administrative tasks/processes are undertaken in line with Policy ie: CQC, Right to work • Ensure payroll are issued with new starters documents • Answer onboarding telephone calls and queries • To accurately maintain People-related data and personnel files, ensuring confidentiality • Provide friendly support to all candidates as they go through the onboarding process • Work in an agile way to support all colleagues in the HR Resourcing team • Carry out other duties and projects required for the HR team or Senior Management. Skills and Experience required: • Excellent communication skills both written and oral • Good level of education with a minimum of GCSE grade B/6 in English and Maths or equivalent. • Strong interpersonal skills including requirement to handle sensitive and confidential data • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Excellent organisational skills • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to work and complete tasks to tight deadlines • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work • Work effectively as a Team player Aspirations Benefits Package 2 x salary life cover (up to individual state pension age) Access to Aspirations Perks our exclusive discount scheme with fantastic discounts in supermarkets and high street retail stores.
