Job Description
* Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
* Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies
* Provide health and safety training to all staff
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation
* Investigate incidents and accidents and compile detailed reports
* Work closely with the construction team to ensure safe working practices
* Develop safety management systems and emergency procedures
* Act as the primary point of contact for all health and safety inquiries
The Successful Applicant
A successful H&S Consultant should have:
* A strong understanding and knowledge of health and safety legislation
* Experience in a similar role within the Social Housing Sector
* Excellent communication and training skills
* Proficiency in risk assessments and safety management systems
* A proactive approach to ensuring safety in the workplace
