What does this Care Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work: 26 Hours Per Week - Shifts between 07:00 - 20:00
• Supporting and caring for clients (Person-Centred Care) - this may be several hours with one particular client or less time with several different clients.
• Providing personal care
• Assistance with a variety of appointments and activities
• Encouraging independence
• Teaching life skills
• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
