Focus of the role:
You will be joining our People team, working alongside a senior HR advisor. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations, handling a wide range of transactional HR tasks and employee relations. Your efforts will help ensure smooth and efficient HR processes while providing excellent customer service to our employees and management.
While there will be support from the wider People team, it is essential that you can work independently and have some knowledge of basic employment law. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about HR, with some experience in a generalist HR environment, and who is comfortable dealing with employee relations. Additionally, the role may involve supporting employee communications, reporting, coordinating training, and contributing to Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, among other tasks.
Ideally, you will have a minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification, and we will provide study support for further development if required.
