Hours: 31.25 hours per week (Monday-Friday 8.45am – 3.30pm, with a half hour lunch break). Term time only plus 5 INSET days

Salary: JG3 £24,790 - £25,183 (£18,391 - £18,682 actual salary)
The Role
We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our support staff team as soon as possible.
Specific requirements of the post include:
• Forming positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
• Delivering classroom support for pupils planned with and supervised by teachers
• Supervise morning break and lunch times
• Good knowledge of systematic synthetic Phonics (ideally ULS)
About you
We are looking for an energetic person who can demonstrate passion for supporting pupils and recent school-based experience to join our hard-working and supportive school team.
The ability to work as part of a team under the direction of class teachers is essential; however, we are also looking for someone who is able to use their initiative to fully support children’s learning, work and behaviour. This will include ensuring that appropriate learning resources and materials are available and ready to use.
