What you will do
The Junior Request for Proposal (RFP) Writer will play a critical role in coordinating responses to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and requests for information (RFIs) from institutional clients and investment consultants across EMEA.
You will work closely with the RFP Team, Client Management, Sales, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely submissions. This role is instrumental in supporting the growth of PGIM Fixed Income in the EMEA region.
What you can expect
* Assist senior team members in managing a broad range of RFP and DDQ projects for institutional and wholesale clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
* Draft, edit, and coordinate responses to DDQs, RFIs, and RFPs, ensuring they reflect PGIM Fixed Income’s investment capabilities and EMEA-specific considerations.
* Collaborate with EMEA-based Client Management, Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure proposal content is complete, compliant, and tailored to local market requirements.
* Understand regional regulatory requirements (e.g. SFDR, MiFID II) and ensure proposal responses align with EMEA-specific client expectations.
* Track RFP and DDQ activity, coordinating deadlines and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Support knowledge management by maintaining and updating key RFP databases, ensuring regional nuances are reflected in standard responses.
What you will bring
* Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Communications, or related field preferred).
* Previous experience with RFP writing or in an asset manager.
* Understanding of institutional and wholesale client segments in Europe and EMEA markets.
* Familiarity with RFP database tools an advantage.

* Experience or familiarity with Fixed Income and credit markets is great.
* Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to tailor responses to different client types and regulatory environments.
* Project management skills with a focus on deadlines, accuracy, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.

What We Offer You

* Annual Leave of 25 to 28 days, based on years of service, at full pay.
* Retirement Savings Plan: Employees receive a company contribution of 10% basic annual salary and a maximum employer-matching contribution of 5% of basic annual salary.
* Life Assurance & Income Protection: Life Assurance for 8 times your basic annual salary, up to a max benefit of £1.8million. 60% of your basic annual salary for a limited payment terms of 5 years, at the end of which a capital sum of 2x your basic annual salary is payable.
