Your role: Owns global PPM tool to ensure visibility of project resources and internal resource constraints. Drives completion of project timelines and resource requirements. Provides global view of external and internal project execution and helps prioritize execution based on resource availability. Identifies projects at risk of delivery and drives proactive solutions. Manages regular business reviews for project execution and expected completion/delivery. Manages approval of internal projects into stagegate process and through each stagegate check. Responsible for coordinating, driving, and managing service delivery issues through internal alignment to a solution and timeline with owners and talking points; resulting in an internal and external communication to stakeholders. Initiates proactive discussions with external clients and internal stakeholders to align on expectations and develop relationships. Assembles and reports metrics around delivery, timelines, risks, and solutions through regular performance and status reports. Who you are: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher with 4 years’ experience managing complex business, commercial, or operations projects in Life Science or Pharmaceutical industry. Excellent project management skills including defining project tasks, plans and resource requirements, e.g. on-boarding, kickoff meeting, communication plan, standardized/template minutes, agenda, timetables, pre-meetings, project plans, scope documents, risk registers/FMEA, Gantt charts, Work Breakdown Structure. Excellent fundamental process improvement skills: planning, organizing, attention to detail, managing competing priorities, analytical and systems thinking. Preferred Qualifications: Existing project management certificate (PMI or equivalent). Post graduate business degree. Action oriented, self-motivated, and highly-organized with a high-level drive for results and perseverance with minimal direction. Clear communicator with strong ability to influence, lead, and manage a team of diverse stakeholders, including executives.
