£14,327 - £15,098 (24 Hours per week, Term-time only)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team at Logiealmond Primary School as a Pupil Support Assistant.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to support children and young people with additional support needs, ensuring they have access to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

* Ability to engage effectively with children and young people.
* Experience (paid or voluntary) in supporting children with additional support needs is desirable.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the delivery of tailored educational programs and activities.
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils with diverse needs, including social, emotional, and physical challenges.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and support positive behaviour management strategies.
* Maintain confidentiality and build trusting relationships with pupils and their families.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans.
