KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Managing the flow of meeting invitations, prioritising, dealing with frequent changes
2. Extensive management of the diary
3. Having awareness of working across time zones (Europe, China, USA)
4. Issuing meeting invitations on behalf of colleagues
5. Booking meeting rooms, organising refreshments as required
6. Organisation of departmental conferences & events
7. Assistance with presentation and meeting materials, a confident PowerPoint user
8. Manage all travel arrangements and logistics
9. Processing of credit card expenses
10. Inbox management
11. Take telephone messages and respond to queries promptly
12. Liaise confidently with senior stakeholders
13. Handling confidential information with discretion
14. Liaising with people team to support recruitment, onboarding and people processes
15. Support and execution of events
BACKGROUND & SKILLS:
1. Previous PA experience working at senior management level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
2. Luxury / Retail experience would be an advantage but not essential
3. A confident communicator, who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment
4. Ability to prioritise and manage several tasks simultaneously
5. Excellent Microsoft Office skills
6. Strong organisational skills
