The Senior Manager Business Process- Supply Chain solutions is responsible for designing, implementing, and standardizing WMS processes across global locations, leveraging expertise in various warehouse management solutions to align warehouse operations with global O2C objectives. This role ensures consistency, efficiency, and scalability in inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution processes across all regions, supporting business growth and customer satisfaction. As a strategic process lead, this role will drive continuous improvements, promote best practices, and manage cross-functional collaboration on a global scale to optimize WMS functionality and support a seamless end-to-end O2C process. Key Responsibilities: Global Process Standardization and Strategy: Develop, implement, and maintain standardized supply chain processes across global regions to support the full O2C cycle, including inventory control, order processing, and shipping. Collaborate with regional warehouse leaders to ensure adherence to best practices, enabling consistency in WMS utilization and alignment with corporate O2C objectives. Lead the design and deployment of a global WMS strategy that supports operational efficiency, scalability, and customer-centricity, adjusting processes as needed for specific regional compliance and market demands. Advanced Supply Chain Optimization and Process Improvement: Leverage deep expertise in warehouse management solutions to optimize configurations and workflows across regions. Utilize WMS data analytics and reporting to identify and drive global process improvement initiatives. Enable regional teams to optimize inventory management, reduce errors, and streamline order fulfillment. Understand and manage integrations between WMS and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, TMS). Facilitate seamless data flow and interoperability to support end-to-end supply chain visibility and efficiency. Champion continuous improvement by establishing a feedback loop with regional teams, auditing global WMS data accuracy, and implementing automation and enhancements to reduce process complexity and improve performance across the supply chain. Cross-Functional and Cross-Regional Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for Supply Chain related issues and initiatives within the global O2C process, fostering alignment across Operations, IT, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams. Partner with IT and external vendors to support the global roll-out of D365 and ensure the supply chain flows are well integrated. Address escalations related to global WMS operations, collaborating with regional teams to resolve discrepancies and share best practices within the downstream supply chain communities. Global Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Define and track global KPIs for WMS and O2C processes, including order fulfillment rate, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and warehouse productivity. Consolidate and present regular reports to executive leadership, offering insights on global WMS performance, areas for improvement, and progress on process optimization initiatives. Use data-driven insights from WMS analytics to inform global strategy, pinpoint process bottlenecks, and promote consistent process improvements across regional warehouses. Training, Support, and Regional Development: Provide guidance and support to regional warehouse leaders on WMS functionalities, best practices, and alignment with global O2C processes, promoting consistency in WMS utilization worldwide. Develop and implement training programs for regional teams on advanced WMS features, configuration settings, and global process standards, ensuring alignment with global O2C goals. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture by facilitating knowledge sharing across regions, encouraging continuous learning, and driving global initiatives that enhance warehouse team capabilities. Guardian of Fix, Flex, Free: Act as the guardian of the Fix, Flex, Free framework within the O2C process, ensuring that solutions are not only scalable and adaptable but also maintain a strong foundation of standardization where necessary. "Fix" processes to ensure compliance and efficiency; "Flex" to adapt and respond to regional business needs; and "Free" to enable innovation and creativity within the teams while maintaining operational integrity. Foster a culture of agility and responsiveness by empowering regional teams to identify opportunities for customization and innovation within the established frameworks, ensuring that these enhancements align with global objectives. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, APICS, PMP) are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in warehouse management, supply chain, or logistics with significant experience in a global leadership or WMS-focused role within the O2C cycle. Technical and Functional Skills: Expertise in warehouse management solutions such as Manhattan Scale, Active or MS WMS (including configuration, process optimization, and troubleshooting) and deep knowledge of how these systems interact with global ERP solutions, particularly MS D365. Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools within WMS platforms to track global KPIs, monitor performance across regions, and drive continuous improvement. Experience leading global process initiatives, with proven success in deploying standardized practices and supporting scalable, high-performance warehouse operations across multiple regions. Soft Skills: Strategic and analytical mindset, with a proactive approach to global process improvement and the ability to translate insights into actionable solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams at all levels. Demonstrated leadership and change management skills, with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams around shared objectives in a complex global environment.
