We manage mixed tenure housing stock, including independent living and the provision of supported housing accommodation and services for young people.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Housing and Community Services Team for an experienced Housing Officer to join our busy team. Our Housing Officers provide a comprehensive, high quality and customer focused housing management service which offers tenants value for money and efficiency in the management of their tenancy.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Delivering a comprehensive generic housing management service for a geographical patch of 300-500 properties, ensuring an efficient and effective service is provided at all times.
2. Working collaboratively with other teams and services to ensure tenancy sustainment for tenants at risk of eviction.
3. Playing a key role in resident involvement in line with our strategy, chairing and arranging residents' meetings, attending resident surgeries and community events, identifying tenants for initiatives such as estate champions.
4. Investigating all types of Anti-Social Behaviour cases and Complaints to satisfactory conclusion.
5. Enforcement of tenancy breaches, followed up and completed including legal action and attending court hearings.
