Due to recent growth, our client within the renewables sector is on the lookout for a Marketing Manager with a passion for digital marketing and lead generation to join their dynamic marketing team!
What You'll Do:
* Develop and implement annual digital marketing strategy
* Track and analyse both paid and organic marketing activities
* Manage and maintain company website, producing engaging content
* Maximize social media presence, including paid campaigns
* Set KPIs to measure and optimise marketing performance
* Lead and mentor our growing marketing team

Who You Are:
* Proven experience in lead generation and campaign management (B2B or B2C)
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content)
* Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions
* Creative, organized, and a great communicator
* Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
* Experience of managing a team
* Experience of managing an external digital agency
