Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an M&A Assistant Director/Director.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of advising clients on both buy-side and sell-side work, with experience in leading projects to a successful close.
They will also have a good understanding of private companies, owner-managed businesses, and private equity houses.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
* Leading projects to a successful close, with a strong focus on delivering value-led advice and outcomes.
* Working closely with clients to understand their business needs and providing tailored advice and solutions.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
* Identifying opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to clients.
Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience.
* Previous staff management or supervisory experience.
* Strong understanding of private companies, owner-managed businesses, and private equity houses.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work proactively and manage own tasks, as well as collaborate with others and communicate regularly with senior managers, directors, and partners.
