This role is vital within the business & requires you to be able to communicate well over the phone, deal with phone calls and emails!
Key Details
Contract – Temporary On-going, immediate start
Location – Warrington, Westbrook
Salary - £12.05 per hour, PAYE Contract
Hours – Monday to Friday (9am - 5.30pm)
Role and Responsibility
Outbound B2B Calls
To handle and resolve customer queries
Using client systems and web based systems to handle customer calls.
Negotiating payment plans
Ability to work in a team environment – ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner.
Keep an accurate record of all customer details and other data.
Ad-hoc Administration - handle and respond to emails where required.
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience is essential for this position
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
An understanding of debt recovery
