If successful you will help to deliver safe, efficient, and effective services. You will be responsible for maintaining databases, collating responses to enquiries, & complaints, collating answers to requests made under the Freedom of Information Act and creating and interrogating complex spreadsheets. We are looking for a team player with outstanding behaviours and a flexible attitude and approach to ensure the service meets all its objectives. You may be expected to work some Bank Holidays and weekends. These will be paid at an enhanced rate.
