Future Workforce is our global program to transform Geo-data collection on our marine fleet, helping us to prepare for tomorrow. It defines a new operational model that maximizes the use of our global network of remote operations centers while preserving the expertise of the existing offshore workforce.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Manager to support a major transformation program. As Change Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. From within a global program team you will work closely with regional project teams to ensure that change initiatives are delivered within desired time frame.
Your role:
1. You will be working in a small global team focused on creating a framework and best practices for delivering significant organization transformation in our marine business;
2. The program is delivered via regional project managers that you will be supporting with the implementation of frameworks and best practices;
3. You will undertake training and coaching of managers to support their communication of project objectives to local teams;
4. You develop and execute change management plans and frameworks and best practices;
5. You conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders;
6. You create and manage communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged;
7. Training: Design and deliver training programs to support change initiatives;
8. You monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management activities;
9. You provide coaching and support to managers and employees to facilitate change;
10. You support project managers to integrate change management activities into project charters.
Your track record:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field;
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
5. Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a benefit;
6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with leadership, managers, offshore workforce and support functions;
7. Proven experience in change management, with a solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

3. You are flexible to adjust strategies and approaches in response to evolving circumstances and feedback.

5. You are a clear and effective communicator that can articulate the vision, benefits, and impacts of change to all stakeholders.
