Duties
* Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
* Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
* Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients while managing inventory effectively.

* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
* Proven experience in a culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
