Are you an experienced Support Worker, looking for a new challenge?
In joining our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential home who have experienced trauma or challenging life circumstances. You will work closely with the team to create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment promoting the well-being and development of the children in our care. We are a passionate and committed team, dedicated to improving the outcomes of our young people.
Bear Cares core mission is to cultivate the competence and capability of children and young people in our care to address their health and social care needs. Through structured, family-oriented home provisions, Bear Care aims to inspire positive change and enhance their quality of life.
If you:
1. Have a previous experience working with children and young people in a residential, educational, or social care setting is desirable but not essential.
2. Possess a compassionate and empathetic approach to working with children who have experienced trauma or adversity, as well as strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with children from diverse backgrounds.
