Join us as a Product Content Assistant and you'll be a big part of this.
Role Purpose: As a Product Content Assistant you will support the creation and updating of product information on our website working as part of our Product Content team to maintain commercial trading plans. You will have a direct impact on our customers by providing accurate product data and inspiring images on our website product pages that help them decide and ultimately purchase the product with confidence.
Key responsibilities
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
1. Work alongside the Product Content Specialists to complete product launches and information updates on time.
2. Follow set processes, and using our principles to maintain a consistent product page quality.
3. Organise and process product images, videos, and other visual assets.
4. Communicate project status updates in weekly meeting with internal stakeholders.
5. Request and correct product updates via a workflow system.
6. Complete website reviews and action product page improvements, updating images or completing data.
7. Raise system performance issues via our internal IT service desk.
Key Business Relationships:
1. Product Data - To support the timely delivery of accurate data and visual assets for all product updates.
2. Digital - To understand customer needs and insight.
3. Commercial - To form a network of colleagues who can support with product information.
4. KITS - To support resolution of system issues.
Required skills & experience
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Good time management and organisational skills.
2. Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
3. A focus on attention to detail and confident in transposing data into systems.
4. The ability to seek feedback and use it to improve performance.
5. A working knowledge of tools like Excel, Riversand (PIM), asset management or Photoshop an advantage (but not essential as full training will be provided).
