We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher who excels in behaviour management and is passionate about inspiring young minds. The successful candidate will have the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment, ensuring that all pupils feel safe, supported, and motivated to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies that promote a positive learning atmosphere.
Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support student progress and well-being.
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs.
Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have experience teaching in a primary school setting.
Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Be committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be passionate about contributing to the school community and improving outcomes for all pupils.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
