Due to Axil’s continuous growth, we are hiring for a Contract Administrator to join the Contract Management team.
Job Purpose
* Maintaining the core system Enwis, ensuring data integrity and compliance is achieved.
Responsibilities
* Creation and maintenance of customer, vendor, contract data and pricing in the business database Enwis by liaising with Contract Managers, Administration team and Compliance team.
* Interpreting setup and maintenance requests from internal customers in order to be added accurately to the database.
* Investigating requests where needed to ensure accuracy, correct compliance information, and chasing for additional information.
* Development of Enwis work instructions and system guides to aid in training and for future use within the Administration team.
* Coordinate and drive the annual price increase process for customers and vendors.
* Assist with the mobilisation of new customers and arrange services/contract updates as required.
* Complete administrative tasks and run various reports to support other departments, such as Service Delivery and Invoicing, during busy periods.
Key Success Factors
* Efficiently completing enquiries.
* Month-end related contract updates to be completed so as not to hold up the admin team.
* Staff to reach required H&S reporting levels (2 per office).
* High-quality data contract setups carried out in a timely manner in line with the rollout project plans.
* Price increases are processed before impacting administrative tasks.
