We are looking for an Early Years Teacher for our New Options School - Ryecroft School in Walsall. The school will have capacity for 60 pupils and is due to open in September 2024. Our New Options School will cater for pupils with Autism and complex needs.

As a Qualified Early Years Teacher, you will connect directly with the brilliant pupils and young people we care for, helping to make sure they get the very best from their education.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
* Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
* Assess and track the progress of each pupil, providing tailored support as needed
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a holistic approach to pupil development
* Participate in school and community events
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Specialisation or experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Passionate about early years education and fostering a positive learning environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
