The Role:
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the business while providing exceptional support to our clients. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and in time progress to a qualified mortgage advisor through full CeMAP qualification support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Add clients to the system, send Terms of Business, and liaise with third parties such as solicitors, clients and lenders.
2. Act as a contact of support for clients, offering a stress-free, personal experience.
3. Answer client calls, chase paperwork, and manage client correspondence.
4. Handle buildings and contents insurance: quoting, preparing suitability letters, and managing renewals.
5. Support the Social Media Manager with content creation, such as filming and taking images.
6. Maintain spreadsheets, monitor mortgage product expirations, and proactively contact clients.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge through in-house CPD training.
8. Confidentiality and data protection is an integral part of the role.
