Masstemps are currently recruiting for a full time, permanent customer service desk operative to join a busy, well established and expanding office based in the heart of Kidderminster.
The role:
• First point of contact for customer via telephone/email ( mainly email)
• Process orders for IT Collections, Disposals and Buybacks.
• Obtain accurate POs for invoicing – chasing customers.
• Inbox management – responding to customers in a timely manor
• Proactively manage customer expectations
• Produce customer reports and certificates
• Liaising with internal teams; Warehouse, Management and Operational Staff
• Query resolution
• Adhere to internal/external SLAs
• First point of escalation for service issues

Training will be provided but all candidates must be computer literate and have experience within an office environment previously.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 8am-4pm - 30 min lunch.
Rate of pay:
23k-24k per year - with progression available.
