£85,000 - £90,000 plus benefits
Reports to: Director of Marketing & Supporter Engagement
Directorate: Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week (other flexible-working requests will also be considered if it meets business needs)
Location: Stratford, London Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing Delivery to join our Marketing, Fundraising and Engagement (MFE) directorate. The purpose of this role is to deliver the creation and implementation of persuasive, inspirational, creatively excellent, audience-centred marketing campaigns that drive in-year performance and build long-term support.
You will need to be someone with a strong background in delivering brand portfolio who pushes boundaries and is determined to drive success. Key to this role is not just understanding data-driven digital marketing but also ensuring we are driving a fundamental shift towards an audience-first approach to product marketing, utilising our multi-million-pound budget in the best way possible.
What will I be doing?
1. Champion an audience-led approach to marketing & maximising our marketing impact and return on investment.
2. Drive new supporter acquisition, leading the integrated Brand response campaign.
3. Deliver a single approach to mass audience engagement across health and fundraising areas.
4. Lead a team of proposition marketers to deliver against proposition objectives and ensure the individual proposition needs are being met within the framework of the overall strategy.
5. Transform our approach to B2B marketing, high value/philanthropy partnerships and talent & influencers.
6. Drive a culture of empowerment and shared learning across the team and broader marcoms teams to improve the overall quality and impact of our marketing delivery.
What are you looking for?
1. Proven experience in developing brand and portfolio strategies through data-driven digital marketing.
2. Customer experience at its broadest level, to drive engagement and growth.
3. Significant marketing leadership experience, with proven track record of delivering results.
4. Proven experience of managing large scale, complex change programmes for marketing.
5. Strong understanding of end-to-end supporter journeys and the role of different marketing channels in fully integrated campaigns.
6. Relevant experience of managing and motivating agencies to derive maximum value from relationships.
7. Extensive stakeholder management experience, gained through matrix structures, across the suite of marketing and comms delivery.
8. Significant budget management experience, with relevant commercial and analytical skills.
9. Significant experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple and complex projects.
