Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Façade Site Manager on a fixed term contract (6 months) basis located in Brigg, Scunthorpe.
Purpose of the Role
Manage the Site process including Sub-Contractors, materials, deliveries, etc., to ensure that commercial projects are completed to an excellent level of customer service.
Responsibilities
* Manage all Sub-contract labour and any other resources required for the effective and efficient running of the site. Manage on site contractual obligations and enforce and monitor KPI’s for all personnel on site within the installation process.
* Provide accurate, regular, and timely management information on customer records, completed installations and upload to the Procore Management system.
* Manage and arrange all relevant paperwork for the project, including but not limited to enforcing Works Programmes with sub-contractors, Installation RAMS updates as required, inspections at all stages of the project for onward submission to the client.
* Communicate and update company Project Management and customers throughout but particularly at point of Installation until handover, completion and maintain excellent customer service.
* Carry out any other duties that may be deemed necessary for the successful completion of the works and as required from the Project Manager.
* Ensure that all customer contractual obligations are met.
* Enforce and monitor all Health and Safety aspects on site and ensure all relevant training is up to date for all site staff when required.
* Resolve, with the Project Manager if required, any on site issue as they arise to ensure quick resolution.
* Monitor and snag the works daily to ensure the works are handed over weekly as per the agreed Programme of Works.
* Raise, monitor, action and report on Non-conformances as necessary.
Requirements
* CSCS card holder (preferred)
* SMSTS/SSSTS Qualified
* Strong organisational and Proactive working skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and as a part of a team.
* A strong Manager with excellent communication and influencing skills.
* A strong customer focus both for internal and external customers.
* A positive can-do attitude.
* Able to read and interpret Construction drawings.
* Impeccable Record keeping.
* Intermediate experience and knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel).
* Contractual and Health and Safety knowledge.
