Trainee Team Coordinator
Rochester
9am - 5pm, Monday-Friday
up to £21000 (age related minimum wage)
This role, joining a small but growing team, would suit somebody who wants to be hand-on coordinating and supporting their remote team, to ensure smooth-running of the maintenance and testing
The role of Trainee Team Coordinator includes:-
Liaising between engineers and the various sites to alleviate any access issues etc
Maintaining a point of contact
Collecting and checking paperwork issued on site
Updating systems with maintenance information, issuing certificates of compliance etc
Checking any outstanding issues to ensure compliance
Supporting other teams during holidays/absence etc
To be considered for the role, the Trainee Team Coordinator should have:-
Clear communication style, able to conduct business conversations via phone and email
Be logical and methodical, to ensure everything complies with industry standards
The willingness to learn and support other teams as needed
