JobPurpose:
To drive the standard incustomer care and deliver a courteous and efficient receptionensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. To ensure highstandards of quality workmanship and be an advocate of the serviceProcess Development Plan and support continuous processimprovement. You ll demonstrate our clients Purpose Principles andAmbition (PPA) in all dealings with colleagues customer andprospects.
Our client is lookingfor an experienced Service Advisor who has the ability to work todeadlines and handle sensitive and confidential information. Youllhave excellent communication skills and experience in aselling/customer service environment. In addition to a strongpeople background they are looking for applicants who candemonstrate drive commitment and enthusiasm along with willingnessto contribute to the team and more importantly theircustomers.
EssentialSkills &Experience:
Administrative experience.
Ableto handle sensitive and confidentialinformation.
Excellentcommunication and customer service skills with experience handlingcomplaints.
Evidence of customerfacing administrative experience.
Experience in a selling/customer serviceenvironment.
Full driving licenseheld for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penaltypoints.
