We are currently looking for a Junior PMO Project Manager to join the Program Management Office (PMO) team and be responsible for the successful delivery of small to large scale complex and dynamic projects regarding the racing car development at Racing Bulls F1 Team.
This role is born out of a desire to reinforce the ability and capacity of the current PMO Team, increase the knowledge and skills in planning, including implement planning processes using best practices.
Project Management
Participate in all of the project management activities associated with the lifecycle of a project, including discovery, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing phases, while remaining flexible with changing priorities, timeframes, and scope of services.
Develop the project plans using Microsoft Project detailing the different tasks and stakeholders, based on their possible duration and requirements, to obtain the most optimized critical path possible.
Monitor the project performance with all stakeholders (Concept, Aero, Design office, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering Operations) to ensure timely delivery by organizing daily/weekly information exchange with stakeholders.
Keep updated the Project Code Database (PCD) checking with the stakeholders the status of each project code and pushing towards their solution/approval without compromising team efficiency and race parts deliveries.
Compile and review project status reports to and from the stakeholders (Weekly Report, Job List, Resource Allocation, High Level Plan).
Participate in the optimization of the Planning Group business workflows by providing suggestions for improvement, reviewing current processes, and supporting new ones.
Support the improvement of tools and internal processes to increase efficiency and visibility of the plan ensuring even proactivity in front of last minute requirements.
Communication
Attend meetings ensuring the support of the Planning Group to other team entities and collecting information which may affect car development planning.
Create a collaborative consultative work environment, with workgroups cross-departmentally and cross-functionally.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including Executive Sponsors, Team Leaders, Development, Production, Support Offices, and external vendors, ensuring smooth project implementation.
Facilitate the development and implementation of detailed reports to keep key stakeholders up to date on progress, issues, and outcomes.

Experience
* University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
* Previous experience in F1 or racing environments will be considered a plus.
* Ability to work under pressure to achieve targets and deliver results within required timescales.
* Ability to work with the team, external suppliers, and colleagues.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
* Preferred knowledge of design and production processes in composite, metal, and additive technologies.
* Experience in managing enterprise-level and concurrent projects will be regarded as a plus.
