We are currently looking for a high profile receptionist to work on our client's high profile site within Crawley. The position is in the front of house team on the ground floor, ensuring incoming tenants and visitors receive a 5* service in our one tenant buildings.
The receptionist will be the main point of contact for all clients, tenants, and colleagues on the floors, as well as supporting the workplace experience team and building manager with the running of the building.
Position Details

Pay: £13 - £15ph
Type: Temp
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure a five-star service is delivered by welcoming tenants and guests.
2. Ensure all calls and emails are answered promptly and accordingly.
3. Deal with any queries from occupiers and guests, offering assistance in resolving issues.
4. Sign in visitors and help with directions.
5. See tenants and guests to the available hot desks and meeting rooms.
6. Book, prepare, and clear meeting rooms.
7. Report any relevant information and issues to the Front of House Manager and designated Facilities Management team.
8. Ensure the front of house area is immaculately presented - replenish stock in kitchens and ensure areas are tidy.
9. Build relationships with all tenants in the building.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times, possess a friendly, professional, bubbly personality, and be extremely well presented (must own a black/navy suit with matching blazer, white shirt, and black court shoes). Fantastic communication skills are essential, as you will be dealing with high profile clients.
