Hours: Part-time (hours to suit, within 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday)
Neathouse Partners is looking for a part-time Paralegal to support our Employment Law team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with legal training or experience who is looking to gain practical, hands-on experience in a busy employment law setting. You’ll be supporting our solicitors and legal advisors by drafting Contracts of Employment, Staff Handbooks, and other employment-related documentation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Draft Contracts of Employment and Staff Handbooks based on client requirements and legal templates.
* Assist with preparing other employment-related documents under supervision.
* Carry out legal research and provide general support to the legal team.
* Maintain accurate records and document management in line with company procedures.
* Liaise with advisors to ensure client deadlines are met and documents are delivered to a high standard.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in an employment law setting (either in a law firm or in-house) is preferred but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
* Able to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
* A professional and proactive approach to work.
